Teacher Introduction
Min Zhang: Graduated from China Nanjing Shifan University with the major in Music Education and Performance. She is a member of the Suzhou Gu Zheng Association.
She once was taught by the famous professors, Li Meng and Yuan Sha who were from China Central Conservatory of Music. Min Zhang has been engaged in music education for 20 years
and has abundant teaching experience. She is good at teaching students in accordance of their aptitude and personality. She is very friendly and patient with students.
She can communicate well and teach different age and level students. Her tense and pleasant teaching style is highly recognized by parents.
Her students won gold and silver medals in China Youth Arts Festival, Shanghai Art and Morality Contest and Jiangsu Jianwu Cup.
Many of her students were admitted to Shanghai Conervatory of Music, Nanjing Arts Institute and etc. The youngest admitted to
Shanghai Music School was only 6 years old.

About Gu Zheng
Gu Zheng is an ancient native folk instrument representing Chinese long history and culture.
Gu Zheng, also known as Han Zheng, Qin Zheng, Han ethnic traditional musical instrument koto, are plucked instruments. It is one of China's unique and important national instrument. It sounds beautiful and has wide range and rich musical skills with considerable expressive. The famous Gu Zheng music has
- "Boats" - The whole song very poetic, melodic fluency. It starts slow and then fast, tight after the first song. The emotional layers of stacked into vividly depicts the lake and fishing boat under the sunset, illuminated fisherman singing pleasant realm.
- "Mountain and Flowing Water" - Mountain and Flowing Water metaphor friend or companion, but also a metaphor sublime music. The song was originally Guqin music, later divided into "mountain" and "water".
- "Han Palace Moon" - the whole song is intended to show the ancient oppressed ladies expressing melancholy and sorrow, weeping mood, evoke sympathy for their misfortune.
- "The Dong Dance" - the song performance Dongzhai style, to express love and happiness.
